Project Development 

• Siliken develops PV projects in different countries.
• The strategy Siliken follows to develop projects is creating a network of local partners with whom we sign framework agreements in different areas.
• Through these agreements, the local partner co-develops PV projects on behalf of Siliken. The process is validated through a Due Diligence process, legal approval and technical feasibility.
• Currently Siliken is actively developing projects in the following continents:
   

– Europe (Spain, Italy, France, UK, etc.)
– North America (US, Canada, etc.)
– Central/South America (Mexico, Chile, Brazil, etc.)

Transactional Project Development

• Siliken addresses PV projects already authorized in different countries.
• The strategy that we follow is identifying shovel-ready projects, completing a legal and technical due diligence process along with a legal and authoritative analysis and a technical feasibility study.
